It's the 50th aniversary of the CIA backed coup against the democratically elected government of Iran. It shows that 911's cause was due ot American and the Western powers, and again the intrest of oil.

It sad that no one knows this.

The fact that oil is such a big motivation in Presidential policy over the past 40+ years makes me sick.

What I do know is that each President from Kennedy onward... including GW... is that there have been promises to divert the USA away from oil only to come away empty...

Unfortunately, until there is a completely new source of energy - 1 better than oil or any current source of energy - oil will be a big center of Energy policies to come. It IS an achilles heal to the USA as a whole - especially when foreign dependence increases.

Either way, we'll see how the future unfolds... IF we live that long...

It makes me sick to see a country like that deciding the political fate of another one. It's the "land of the free". It should have at least respected its own original values. What right did it have to do that? Well... I know it's past... may we all learn from that.

And the 9-11 thing is not so far from the truth. It's only natural that ... "Arabs" in general, try to seek revenge from what they have been through because of America. Maybe if the Occidental world didn't come there and act like it's so damn superior and have all the rights in the world to do what it wants, extremism wouldn't be that popular.
