Otaku's Against the World; A war story... kind of

Uhh... I dun know if this will be good at all but this came to my head so I just had to write this. I hope you all injoy the fan ficness. ^_^;

Chapter 1: The kawaii outfit
First I will introduce the characters a bit. Most are Anet veterans so hopefully most of you will know who I am talking about. First there is Kari; she is a small breasted red head Otaku person. She loves the computer and is always on it. Then there is Quisty, she is a kawaii, kind, and sometimes hyper girl. Zora is a tuff girl that is a master of voice change. Katashi is… Edward like, she is just like Edward from Cowboy Bebop. Eva is one of the more normal people in the story. (Yes we really do have a friend in real life with the name Eva.) Nekou is the cat girl of this story and most know her. Then there is Kakk, Ian, Quinn (he may deny he knows us), Bane, Knight, and Cid. There are more but I don’t feel like listing the rest of them. But more people with come into play. ^__^ so now I will get this story started for all you impatient people and people with short attention spans. I won’t name any names. ^___^

Kari sat at her computer while Quisty lay on the floor. Kari was chatting and posting at forums as she usually did. Quisty was bored so stared at the ceiling while she waited for something to come into her mind. Nothing soon came so she listened to the click click click of the keyboard.

“Kari lets do something,” Quisty said. “Like what?” Kari said. “Take over the world and convert everyone to animeism…,” Quisty said. “Hmm… Where did that come from? We can’t do that alone. Who could we drag into this?” Kari asked as she kept on typing away. “Anyone and Everyone from Anet of Anime-Forums of course! Who do you think we would get?” Quisty said with a happy IE clueless expression on her face. “I don’t know…” Kari said not liking not having a come back. “IM everyone at Anet and I will get us a place to meet ok?” Quisty said as she got up. “Sure, sure, whatever” Kari said, not paying attention, as she started the mass IMing of people. “This is going to turn into an episode of Excel Saga I just know it…I better get a damn good looking outfit…” Kari mumbled as she typed.

Quisty called a couple people and finally got somewhere to meet. “We are going to meet in this fish restaurant that my uncle's-turtle's-dog's-room mate's-friend's-sister-twice removed-owns here. Is that alright?” Quisty asked. “Why there?” Kari asked half knowing the answer. “Free food of course!” Quisty said with a huge smile. Kari kept on IMing everyone while Quisty went to the place to set it up.

The next week around lunchtime people started to arrive. Quisty had put anime posters and wall scrolls all over the place and have a stage set up. Quisty had this blue waitress like dress but the skirt stuck almost strait out. Somehow most of the Anet/Anime-forums people made it to the restaurant alright in the period of the week. People got food and waited for things to start. Kari was asleep on one of the tables.

Quisty dragged Kari away from her table and pushed her onto the stage. Quisty waked over to the microphone and started talking while Kari pulled out her palm pilot and played games. “Alright you are all here because Kari and I want to take over the world and make everyone like anime.” Silence. Everyone stared at her. “Uhm… We will start by taking over Japan first so we can control the anime in the world. Then we will take over America because it is pretty and we don’t need powerful people against us. Then we will choose where we go from then. We don’t have any resources or any big weapons at this time and we don’t have a plan yet so we will just go with the flow…” She smiled a clueless smile “And if you all take over Japan I will make you all kawaii army outfits to get you in the mood of fighting the world! So far Kari is the Leader and she will choose people for under her…” Someone in the audience laughed “I Quisty will be your nurse, cook, and your mom!” She flashed a peace sign. Any questions?” Quisty said quickly.

Everyone put their hand up. “Uhh… Knight!” Quisty said as she pointed at Knight. “How do you get your dress to do that?” Knight said as Quisty looked down. She pushed her dress down “Any questions relating to what I just said?” All the hands went down and Quisty sighed as she turned to Kari. “Kari could you at least show some interest in this?” Quisty said. “Nope, my palm pilot games call to me, besides, it was your idea genius.” Kari said moving the pink bow Quisty made her wear out of her face. “There will be free anime in it…” Quisty said. Kari turned around and made an evil smile.“Ok I am in. Let’s go get the world people!” Kari said as she got out her whip. Considering she was wearing a pink Tokyo Mew Mew outfit, it looked rather odd. Everyone didn’t say anything. “Do we get anything out of this?” Huhwhat yelled. “Yes Soo-chan there will be free anime for anyone in this army!” Quisty said with another clueless smile. Everyone started cheering.

Well that is chapter 1 and if it is liked I will add chapter 2 when I finish. I have no idea when that will be because of stupid school and home work. And other evil stuff like that. Hope you injoy.

Chapter 2 They Are Going To Lead us?
That night some people somehow got a very large screen and brought it to the fish restaurant. Then they played anime most all night. They also somehow brought a bunch of blankets, sleeping bags and pillows to the restaurant. Kari and a couple other girls stayed up most of the night watching over everyone. Making sure none of the boys were being echii. Somewhere around 2 or 3 they stopped the anime and most people went to sleep.

The next morning consisted of many grumpy people and the destroying of several things. Quisty tried to keep everything calm but failed. So around noon she made everyone breakfast wearing a kawaii Lain PJs. By one everyone who wanted food got food and was eating or already finished. Quisty walked from the kitchen, laid on the ground and fell asleep. She muttered things about too many people, bishouen, and that Kari eats too much.

Through the day people wandered off to look around Utah and cause some chaos. Around 5 Kari kicked Quisty awake. Kari handed her a paper that listed a couple people. ‘Cid, Nekou, Ian, Bane, and Angel_stardust.’ “What is this for?” Quisty ask Kari. “Please find them and bring them to my office” Kari said then walked off. “When did I become her secretary and when did she get an office?” Quisty asked herself. She sighed and looked around the restaurant. Many posters and wall scrolls were missing and there was a pile of broken objects. Some people where watching Neon Genisis Evangelion and others had lap tops and computers set up and they were playing around on them. Especially wastaz, the alleged hamster. She spotted Cid and walked over to him. Quisty sat in front of Cid and stared at him. “Yes?” Cid asked trying to see his anime. “Cidness you are coming with me” Quisty said as she blocked his view. “Why?” Cid asked. “Kari said so,” Quisty said. “What do I get if I do come?” Cid asked. Quisty held up a Kari-chan plushie and smiles. “Alright” Cid said as he stood. Quisty stood “Go find Nekou and bring her to Kari, alright?” Quisty said. “Sure, but I get the plushie first” Cid said as he reached for the plushie. Quisty handed the plushie over and Cid ran off. Quisty sat down and watched Evangelion and completely ignoring her task.

Cid left the restaurant and looked around the area. There is a couple other restaurants and some other shops. Cid looked down the shops, a beauty parlor, ice cream shop, party shop, a pet shop, an electronic store, and then an anime shop. The anime shop had its windows broken and it seemed that was where they got the anime. The electronic store was the same. Cid was not surprised at all.

Cid walked down the row of shops and stopped at the pet shop. Many of the cages were knocked over and animals were everywhere. Cid walked in and a cat girl ran behind him as the shopkeeper with a net ran up. “Did you see a cat type person?” he asked Cid. “Yes I have” Cid said. “Eep” Nekou said from behind Cid as she dug her claws into Cid. “Where?” the shopkeeper asked. “O-out-side!” Cid said in obvious pain. “Alright” the shopkeeper said as he ran out the door. “Thanks-nyao” Nekou said as she removed her claws from his back. “Anytime” Cid said as he rubbed his back. “Anyway Nekou, Kari needs to see you in her office” Cid said. “Why-nyao?” Nekou asked as she watched a bird fly above her. “I don’t know but Quisty told me to go get you” Cid said. Nekou jumped up and almost grabbed the bird. “Fine-nyao. I’ll be there as soon as I get this bird-nyao” Neko said as she tried for the bird again. Cid shrugged and left the shop in heading back to the restaurant.

Quisty stared at the Evangelion tear the other evangelion apart as Cid walked up behind her. “Quisty… Quisty…” Cid said as he poked Quisty. Quisty turned around and glared at him “Yes?” “I found Nekou and she is going to come in a bit. I did your task so now I am going” Cid said as he started to walk toward Kari’s ‘office.’ Quisty quickly got up and ran in front of Cid. “Wait! We have to get the other people first,” Quisty said. “We? Don’t you mean you?” Cid said. “Please help me Cid?” Quisty said as her eyes went anime shiny like. “That only works with Kari you know” Cid said. Quisty stopped and smiles evilly. “I will black mail you” Quisty said. “You don’t have anything to black mail me with” Cid said. “How do you know, are you going to call by bluff?” Quisty said smiling evilly. “Fine I will help you. Who do we need to find next?” Cid asked a bit angry. “We need Ian, Bane, and Angel_stardust” Quisty said. “Awww! Damn, this isn’t worth the effort…” Cid sighed as he walked off. Quisty skipped after him and smiled cluelessly.

Quisty skipped down the row of restaurants and looked at the signs. There was a pizza place, Japanese place, Italian place, Mexican Place, and a hardware store. Ask they walked down Quisty noticed Angel and Avi sitting at the Italian restaurant. Quisty quickly ran in with Cid slowly following after. “Hi Angel! Hi Avi!” Quisty said in her usually high kawaii voice. “Hi” Angel said as he rolled his eyes and twitched. “Ah… hi Quisty” Avi said with a sweat drop. “Angel, Kari needs to see you in her office” Quisty said.. “Alright, but could you hold on a second…?” Angel said as he got down on one knee. “Oh and you need to help us find Bane and Ian” Quisty said. “Shut up Quisty, Avi…” Angel started. “Oh and she needs a coffee” Quisty said. “Quisty! Avi will you…” Angel started again. “Oh and she needs you right now” Quisty said. “Quisty!” Angel said. “Fine… we will be off and not bother you anymore” Quisty said as she left. “Sorry about this” Cid said as he followed Quisty. As Quisty and Cid passed where Angel and Avi were they saw Angel pull out a ring. Avi smiled brightly. Quisty skipped along and ignored the two. Cid sighed and slowly followed after her. “How did Utah survive this long with Quisty around” Cid thought as he walked.

Quisty and Cid have walked around every restaurant in the area so they finally went to the hardware store. “Why would Ian or Bane be in here?” Cid asked as they walked in. “I dun know, playing around. There is some interesting toys in here” Quisty said as she smiled. Cid sighed once again. Quisty and Cid walked up and down the store until they came to the area where they keep on the light fixtures. Their Ian stood staring up at the lights with a clueless look on his face. Quisty walked up next to him and stared up at the lights with him. Cid watched the two for a moment and sighed again. “Ian” Cid said as Ian looked over at him. “Quisty” Cid said as Quisty turned and looked at him. “Oh yeah, Ian Kari needs to see you in her office” Quisty said. “Alright” Ian said. “Will you help us find Bane?” Quisty asked. “Sure” Ian said. “Sugoi!” Quisty said as she walked out of the store with Cid and Ian following. “How did she get you to help her Cid?” Ian asked. “Something about blackmail” Cid replied. “Ahhh…” Ian said. “Why you helping her?” Cid asked. “Better than staring at the lights” Ian said. “Got a point there” Cid said.

Quisty, Ian and Cid slowly walked into Lina’s ‘office.’ Lina sat her desk with Bane sitting on top of it. Angel leaned against the wall with a slight grin on his face. Nekou sat on the floor with a fish hanging over her mouth and a fish bowl full of fish in front of her. “Think we walked all over Utah yet?” Cid asked. “Yup” Ian said. Quisty, Cid and Ian stared at Bane. “Where have you three been, we walked around this area trying to find you” Kari said. “We… we… we were looking for Bane. All over Utah” Quisty said as she sat down and sighed. “Bane was in here from the beginning” Kari said. Ian and Cid sighed and sat down too. Nekou snicker and ate her fish then started playing with the other fish. “Well now onto business” Kari started. “I called you all here to tell you that you are going to be leaders under me and over the Otaku army,” Kari said. “I have special Kawaii outfits for you people” Quisty said from laying on the floor.

Well I finally finsihed the next chapter. Yeah I am a slow person. Hopefully the chapters wont take as long anymore. I actually might have more time. Anyway Soo-chan you don't get to sit in the background. You get to be my slave. ^___^


Layer 03: Censored
Kari talked to Ian, Cid, Bane, Nekeo, and Angel_stardust telling them what she wanted them to do. This wasn’t much because they didn’t really have any plans yet. After Kari finished talking see turned to Quisty. “I need you to go get Jess for me” Kari said. “When did I become your personal slave?” Quisty asked. “Since now so get her” Kari said pushing Quisty out the door. Quisty walked around the restaurant looking for Jess. She couldn’t find her there so she left and walked around the surrounding area. She wasn’t there either so she started walking away it farther and farther. Soon Quisty stopped at a bridge and sat at the edge. “Where did Jess wander off too?” Quisty asked herself. “I’m down here” Came a voice from under the bridge. Quisty was surprised to get an answer and almost fell off the bridge. She ran down to under the bridge and found Jess sitting there. Quisty stared at her blankly. “Why are you here?” Quisty asked. “I dun know” Jess replied. “Well… anyway Kari needs to see you in her ‘office’” Quisty said. “Alrighty” Jess said as her and Quisty walked back to the restaurant.

When they got back to her office everyone but Kari was gone. “I found her!” Quisty said all spazy like. “Uh hu… alright Jess I have a job for you to do in this army” Kari said practically ignoring Quisty. “Fun” Jess said happier not like she didn’t mean it. “Does she need or and get a kawaii outfit?” Quisty said interrupting Kari. “Sure if you want to make her one Quisty now don’t bother me” Kari said. “Sugoi!” Quisty said as she ran out of the office to most likely make a kawaii outfit. “Alright, now back to important stuff. Jess I need you to be our person who thinks up all our plans, a strategist” Kari said. “Alright” Jess said. “For your first job I need you to figure out how to take over Japan” Kari said. “Umm… so what can of resources do we have?” Jess asked. “Umm… about several hundred kawaii outfits, a couple plushies, and the anime-forums people” Kari said. “How about money?” Jess asked. “Well me and Quisty spend all our money on helping people get here and I think everyone else spent their money on getting here unless some of are rich buggers,” Kari said. “Uhh… well I think before we go try to take over Japan that we get some resources,” Jess said. “Now you have to figure out how to do that,” Kari said. Jess sighed and left Kari’s office


Quisty went into the kitchen where she had a bunch of fabric sitting there. She had a couple outfits already made but she had many to go. Quisty sat down and began sewing an outfit for Jess together. It looked semi like a general type persons outfit. Quisty smiled evilly as she worked on the outfit.

(This is just for you Soo-chan) Huhwhat sat at one of the computers playing around on the Internet when Jess came over to the computer area. “Does anyone over here have any money at all?” Jess asked. Some people turned to her and laughed and some didn’t even look away from the computers. Huhwhat didn’t have money right now so he just went back to the computer. Jess walked away after a moment and went to another group asking the same question. There were laughs again. Quisty out of nowhere cane running up and stopped behind Huhwhat. “Soo-chan I need your help” Quisty said. “Why should I help you?” Huhwhat asked not looking away from the computer. “Umm… I make you a kawaii outfit,” Quisty said. “Why do I want to where a kawaii outfit?” Huhwhat questioned. “Because” Quisty replied. “Well what do you want me to do?” Huhwhat asked. “To go find all the people that decided to go off around Utah, okay?” Quisty asked. “Hmmm… no” Huhwhat said. “Please” Quisty said. “No” Huhwhat said. “Please” Quisty said. “No” Huhwhat said. “Please” Quisty said. “No” Huhwhat said. “Please” Quisty said. “No” Huhwhat said. “Pretty pretty pretty please please please please please please please” Quisty said. Huhwaht turned away from the computer and looked at her. “I will if you stop annoying me,” Huhwhat said. “Alright” Quisty said as she ran off again. Huhwhat logged off the computer he was on then got up. He left the restaurant and started finding everyone that had roamed away from the restaurant.

Kari paced around her office bored. “What to do now?” Kari asked as her door opened. She looked to the door to see Cid coming in. Cid smiled at Kari as he closed the door behind him and she smiled back. “How is everything going?” Cid asked. “Boring, nothing to do right now. Gave all my jobs to other people” Kari said. “Do you mind if I stay in here?” Cid asked. “Not at all, I actually want you to stay” Kari said with an evil smile. (The rest is censored for worry of the author’s life. The author might get killed by a certain two people if she keeps going.)

Quisty finished her last outfit and smiled at the line of outfits hanging in the kitchen. Then Knight came into the kitchen and looked at the outfits. “Uhhh… Quisty what is for lunch, I am starting to get hungry,” Knight said. “Lunch? I forgot all about that. Quisty went over to a cabinet and looked through it for a bit. Then she closed it then turned to Knight. “Go tell other people lunch will be ready in 20 minutes” Quisty smiled. Knight smiled uneasily and went off to tell everyone lunch was ready. In about 10 minutes people were lined up waiting for their food. Quisty started handing out little bags that were extremely kawaii. Everyone was confused and wondered what they had to eat. When they sat down and opened the bag they found candies. When Knight found out what was in the bag he came over to Quisty. “This is lunch?” Knight asked Quisty. “Yup, I have been sewing and walking most of the day and now tired so I don’t feel like cooking a lot. So I made little baggies of candy,” Quisty said as she smiled cluelessly. “Uhh… what if I ask you to make something else?” Knight asked. Quisty smiled evilly at Knight, she looked a bit insane. “Uh… well good thing I am not going to ask” Knight said as he went off to eat his ‘food.’ Quisty smiled nicely again as she went into the kitchen and got the outfits. She walked around and gave the semi army type outfits to the 3 leaders, Jess, and she put one on herself. She walked over to Kari’s ‘office’ and stopped at the door. “Cid…” Kari said. “Kari…” Cid said. Quisty started at the door. Then after a bit she knocked on the door. “Oi… Kari…” Quisty said. Kari same to the door and opened it. She fixed her hair and fixed her shirt a bit. “Uhhh…..” Quisty said. “Yes?” Kari said. Quisty handed Kari’s and Cid’s uniform to her and walked off. Kari closed the door and Quisty went back to the kitchen to sew more. She sat there for a moment and started at the cloth. “Oh my gosh!! My virgin eyes!! My virgin ears!! I need an arrow to gouge my eyes out!!” Quisty yelled in the kitchen. Nekeo looked in the kitchen at Quisty. “You alright Quisty-nyoa?” Nekeo asked. “It was Kari… Kari and… Kari and Cid in Kari’s office… together… my virgin eyes!!” Quisty said. Nekeo stared at Quisty for a moment in shock. “Nyao?” Nekeo said. “Yeah…” Quisty said. “Oh my-nyao” Nekeo said. “Yeah” Quisty said.

Jess had walked around everywhere and had only collected about 20 dollars. “We are going to need even more money than this. You can’t even buy a DVD anime with this” Jess said. Jess sat down at one of the computers and thought of a plan as she played around on the computer. Then she thought of it “We can go to the top of a mountain and have push a button that will let off a bomb that will destroy the surrounding area so we can take over it” Jess said. Jess got up and ran over to Kari’s office. She knocked on the door without hesitation and Kari same over as she pulled her shirt up. “Yes?” Kari asked as she fixed her hair. “I got a plan!” Jess said. “Alright, well we are not going to go right now so think of more plans” Kari said as she closed the door. Jess sighed and went back to the computer to think of more plans.

Later that night everyone was back at the restaurant thanks to Huhwhat. Everyone sat down at the table besides Jess, Nekeo, Angel_stardust, Cid, Kari, Bane, Ian and Quisty. Everyone was wearing their kawaii outfits made by Quisty. They the girls outfits happened to look the like outfits from Tokyo Mew Mew and the guys looked like camouflage boy school uniforms. Quisty pushed Kari up to the mic and made her talk. “Ummm… well, alright this is how it is going to work. Ian, Bane, Nekeo, Cid, and Angel_stardust are going to be generals under me and they will have squadron leaders under them of there choose and then they have people that are normal solders. That is how it is and if you complain you will have to deal with me. All right, then Jess is a strategist that will plan our attacks and stuff. We are going to do something to get money, don’t know that yet but Jess is working on that. So anyone have any questions?” Kari said. Knight and a couple other people raised their hands. “Any question concerning the outfits are not to be asked” Quisty said. All the hands went down and Kari sighed. “You can all go off now but make sure be to be back here at the same time for another meeting like this on and better be here” Kari said. Everyone went off and did their own thing and stuff.

The next morning was about the same. There was a bit of chaos but not much. A couple more things were destroyed and were just added to the pile of broken stuff. Quisty made food that morning so they actually had something good to each in two days. She was also too lazy to make them dinner last night so many people were very hungry and ate a lot. Kari called Bane and Nekeo to her office. Jess was already in there when they came in. “Alright I have a job for you two. I need you to go onto of a large mountain and put this box down,” Kari said as she pointed at a box on her desk. “Then you will set it up and push the button. That is all the info I have at the time so don’t ask any more information. All right? Alright” Kari said as she sat down at the desk and looked official like. “Alright here is a map and coats for your trip” Jess said as she handed them a piece of paper and fluffy coats. Bane and Nekeo took them and put the coats on. “And don’t forget the box” Kari said. Nekeo grabbed the box and stared at it like she really wanted to open it. “Now don’t open it until you are on top of the mountain. And please try not to freeze a lot” Jess said. Bane and Nekeo still looked very confused on why they were doing. “How do we get there-nyao?” Nekeo asked. “Haven’t you ever heard of the bus?” Kari said. “Uh hu…” Bane said. “Well nice to see yeah and maybe you should be going now” Kari said as she got up and pushed all three girls from her office. “Bye bye” Jess said a she walked off to do various stuff. Nekeo and Bane shrugged and went off to that mountain. As they left they passed Cid who was heading to Kari’s office.

That was as odd as ever, if not even more random than the other chapters. Please keep updating, it's very fun to read.
