Has anyone read Claymore?

I was wondering how the Manga compared to the anime.

The anime was great until the last few episodes.

I have read the first two graphic novels for Claymore. The artwork is great. I haven't seen the anime for it, tho.

if you liked the anime (except last part), then you will love the manga because they keep the story and a few new plots discovered.

I enjoyed the intro as well. I'm glad the mangas add more to the story, though i shouldn't be surprised.

From what I understand its almost the same. I've seen the anime, but I've only read the first 2 volumes of the manga thus far. I know a friend that has seen the anime and read the manga however, and he says theres only a few things different.

It's good to see Manga and Anime stick to the same storyline, without any major changes, only that which must be changed for video animation should be acceptable.

OK first of all the anime follows the manga till the battle at north... the only thing I will say it doesn't end there and Priscilla hasn't fight with Clare yet... I won't say anything else because it will spoil a lot.

Ah man, they just needed to pace the last third a bit better and vary the action a bit and this series would've been awesome. Weak ending et all.

But it ended up being slightly above average instaed.

I didn't dig the manga. At all.

A few things? More like a complete rewrite for the last 1/3 of the anime. The ending doesn't even come close to the where the manga had went. If there ever was to be a second season the anime has a lot of work ahead of it.

I would definitely recommend it.
If you have watched the anime, don't mind the ending. Just pick it back up and continue! :)
And the story definitely continues a lot more, and taking this from someone who was still read after thinking it was going to crash and burn.. just makes it even better XD because it lives again!

Well.. for me the anime n manga are one. After i watch the anime I read the manga from chp 60 n the story goes on and on. 'sigh'.. To be honest, I jz cant wait for the season 2 in 2010.. T_T

Anyway, Claymore is the best!!!
