I heard... Somewhere that pigs are great to have in a healthy diet and one should eat lots of them.
But what is the best way to prepare pigs? And which pigs are best to eat?

And which pigs are best to eat?
Ones that don't taser you when you nibble their back.
Nah, only chicken and a bit of lamb and beef for moi.

Dude you're missing out. Pork is delicious.
I have to say that pork in westernized cooking is just not as delicious as how its prepared in eastern style cooking. :V

@ Stopthatfool I'm muslim(((=
@CronicHazel naah^^ I really don't care that I shouldn't eat pork, I'm not a meat liker also, but I regret I can't eat so many cool things in japanese cuisine (well, at least they seem to be cool)

Oh, i see, your Muslim. Well, I think Muslim cuisine is good too. There are two Muslim restaurants in the LA area that I've dined at multiple times.
Japanese cuisine is pretty delicious, but overrated at time. :V But they are always af un experience.

Pork is pretty terrible tbh, chops and ham have god awful textures, honestly just about any cut I've tried I've had to force myself to finish. And some were at fairly nice restaurants, sadly. Outside of crispy bacon and sausage I can't stand pork.

I stand by the fact that westernized pork is terrible. :[ just like how Western style of cooking is terrible at utilizing tofu.

That sounded like a dirty craigslist personal ad.
OT: I think I tend to like the texture of pork more than any other for some reason, with the exception of possibly poultry. Like god damn, a good shredded pork butt is just impossible to beat.

I had some Pork cutlets the other night for my B'day dinner with some herbs on top. Absolutely delicious. And pork cooked right on the BBQ is damn tasty. Actually, I just sorted dinner for tonight.....
A top thread to stop someone from fasting.

I've never eaten pork before, my mother used to eat it a lot before, she says it's good, but I'm not really a fan of eating meat, I like chicken though.
During my childhood in the Philippines -- I remember seeing a pig -- getting dipped into a giant vat of hot water -- and it was screaming... louder and louder as it was lowered into the vat. And I thought - nothing much of it.
Mmmm pork chops.

 Hey, once I was at the Philippines and I saw one of those huge trucks with a bunch of pigs in them. The first time I saw it I asked my mom where the pigs are going. She didn't answer me  They were so cute too. Yet pork tastes so good. Ah, such hard decisions... morals or taste buds x.x
This thread is making me want pork now.

Hey. I was going to say that. But yeah. It's one of the sad stories of nature. How such a smart animal can be made to live in squalor packed in with others of its kind, only to be bred for slaughter. It's always had a very political air about it for me. Anyway, they're pretty tasty I think. Pulled pork bbq sandwiches are tops.

No, I really do like pork. Never tried the brains though.Yeah, that was one of the big surprises for me a while back, to learn that pigs are actually so smart. See, some people don't eat pigs because they're filthy, but I've always thought that it's what's on the inside that matters.

I think a lot of that comes from the Bible saying pigs are filthy and Jesus driving demons into pigs. I don't know if Pigs meat is actually filthier then any other meat.

I know pork is not considered kosher, but since I'm not Jewish, I don't mind eating it.
Except for Canadian bacon. It always seems to taste like soy sauce to me, which is waaaay to weird to eat first thing in the morning.

I don't know, I don't really see how pigs have a healthy diet. Don't they eat garbage-slop and become ridiculously obese/full of heart disease? So, by eating pigs, I imagine you're indirectly consuming garbage and... obesity-related diseases.

Why do I have a sudden urge to watch SAW III again?
For the amazing storyline and terrific acting that accompanies every Saw Masterpiece?
Or because that Judge guy almost drowned in pig....ummm Everything?
