    Haven't updated this blog for a long while. After the countless strings of dead blogs I had in the past, I'd rather not add another one to the list, so I'll keep this one alive by writing... something.

    Been trying to get myself into the habit of reading and writing. If you've seen some of my posts, you'd know I'm not an avid reader as much as I'm a writer... No wait, I'm not even a writer, since "writers write", and I only write RPGs whenever I 'feel like it', or occasionally ...

    So about four years ago, back in 2010, I came across this Choose Your Own Adventure website called "Create Your Own Stories", a fan fiction kind of website with a wiki format.

    You know those CYOA stories back in the old days? Stories like "Give Yourself Goosebumps" and "Choose Your Own Nightmare", for example. Here, you get to write your own CYOA stories as well as contribute to others. And with how lengthy CYOA stories can be, what with their countless ...

    You know, there was a time when I was really into anime. I'd watch anime all day long. There was a time when I had a group of friends whom I'd discuss anime with. There was also a time when I gave up on anime temporarily to focus on watching movies, and I'd watch movies all day long before discussing about them with this movie forum I'm a part of.

    I'm sensing a pattern here.

    It's hard for me to stay devoted to one particular interest for more than two or three months, usually ...

    Telltale Games' Game of Thrones - Episode 2 Trailer

    I don't like Game of Thrones. In fact, I don't like medieval stories altogether. I found them kinda dull, with their monotone armor and weapons, and even the magic seems kinda repetitive after a while. At least with science fiction, the nuance between each alien species can be made more unique (see Xenomorphs and Yautja/Predator), but with medieval stories, it's always just orcs and dragons.
