Little less than two weeks until the event where I start a whole new chapter in this game. 12 years is a long time to do anything, but I feel like just now I'm starting into my full potential as a part of the greater game.

The banner fabric just needs to be painted and sewn. I'm borrowing the rest of the implements I need for the ceremony.

I'm just really tired thinking about it. I have so many projects planned, and I just don't know when I'm going to have time to ...

Sometimes, I just sort of love what I do.

Did you ever meet someone and after doing so say to yourself "Wow, they are just too stupid to breathe?"

I did, today. I honestly don't know how this person has the wit to carry out involuntary bodily functions they are that mentally deficient.

And yet, this person is in a position of authority at a local bank.

Saints preserve us, no wonder our economy is in the toilet.

Today I was SUPPOSED to work on my armor and go help out at a catering gig for a local Chinese restaurant for a couple hours.

That so did not happen.

By the end of the day, I've wrangled 4 kids, 2 of whom don't speak English, a grandmother who speaks even less English than none, and all the equipment for the buffet.

But I got a free dinner and some money out of it. I didn't expect to get paid. That was nice.

I went to an event over the weekend and I got an award for being an awesome sauce herald.

Evidently a metric butt-load of people wrote letters on my behalf. It's nice when people think a lot of you. Been a while since that's happened.
