So anyone familiar with Naruto and the Anbu Black Ops may recognize the symbol. This is my 2nd tattoo and I had wanted to get something anime related while still also just being cool in general, so this fit what I wanted perfectly. So exciting. Now I just have to focus on working out so I can show this thing off.

So I just got back from Anime Detour in Bloomington, MN after Day 1 of volunteering for Funimation at their booth. I have been to one anime convention a year now since I started in 2011. It is fun getting to see the culture and volunteering for my favorite anime company just makes it that much better. The best perk is having a free dealer badge though

So my biggest purchase so far has been 22 volumes of doujinshi, 19 yaoi and 3 hentai featuring series Naruto, Hetalia, Blue Exorcist, ...

so after every english volume of the Bakuman manga is released here in the U.S. and I buy it, it always makes me feel so invigorated and makes me want to create something like the characters do in the series. Problem is, living in the U.S. with no artistic skills, there is no viable way to recreate that sort of manga experience. Every once in a while I will get in a mood where I think I should create a story of some kind or TV show, but it just seems so far fetched that anything would ever come ...

So I currently work as a contract employee for Target, reviewing orders that are placed on Target.com for fraudulent activity. It is interesting work and I like working there. They opened up 6 positions for people to be hired on permanently, in our group of contractors there is maybe 30-35 people. I was unfortunately not one of the 6 selected. I know there was a lot of competition and that the majority of people who applied to did not make it, but it still hurts to not get hired on for a job I am ...

So I finally got a good job (working as a fraud analyst for Target.com) but the position is only for a 6 month contract. If I had to guess they will probably be hiring a lot of us permanently, I have a good feeling about future employment with Target, but as of now it is a contract situation. I still live with my parents and would really like to move out.
