Well, the baby has finally grown up and taken a step into life. Graduated last night from high school. Also got a medal and a scholarship, and a signed CD.

It's getting around that time to begin searching out a new summer job. My last one has left me not looking very forward to this..

Which is weird. I like working. I work very hard. But it bothers people how naturally quiet I am. Not shy, quiet. I wish I lived in the city where there are a lot more work opportunities, but I'm still in the country for now.

I also tend to be a lot slower. I don't like working past by own pace. My last employer knew this. I knew she was unhappy ...

So, my boyfriend's birthday is next month and I'm hoping to prepare something he's been wanting so bad; a picnic. To him, his birthday is the anniversary of something he'd rather not remember. I'd like to make that day a bit brighter for him.

He always wraps my presents in really girly wrapping paper and then puts them in a pretty bag. His cards are always really pretty too (the man is skilled at wrapping though, like a boss). Since he works ...

One thing I don't quite understand is the massive amount of hate towards my high school and others mocking the students here and calling us stupid.

Sure, we aren't as advanced as other schools and run on a much smaller scale. Maybe the education isn't as challenging, but we live in a mainly fishing community. Majority of us did not have a choice of which schools we could attend. We're only allowed to attend the nearest one. Otherwise the schools get upset ...

Upon opening my package containing a new yukata I ordered from Japan today, it appears the seller mistakenly placed two in. I've bought quite a lot from him in the past year. My other yukata is black and my pre-tied obi and geta came with that one. My other order was a vintage kimono with the underwear part, tabi, and some other little things needed to wear.
