  1. Sometimes I wonder if everyone isn't still crusading...

A random thought of mine probably not worthy of a full discussion, but sometimes I wonder if we're all not still just a bunch of dark age crusaders, duking it out for various personal reasons. I read stuff all over the web from various schools of thought and can't help but get the feeling we've created a strong "us v. them" mentality on any number of issues.

  2. migrating south

Since we're all just posting whatever in this section...

I'm finally going to be moving after this summer. Basically I can't stand Michigan winters and have the ability to move, so I'm heading south. 4. Jumping ship to a new job

I guess it feels weird for me to blog, but I'm completely bored and here on and off for quite some time.

I've recently been offered and accepted a new job and as a junior developer (i.e. code monkey) at a tech megacorp. They're saying it's full time permanent, but I have no clue if this tech megacorp really has the long term in mind for any employees right now or what kinds of projects they have in waiting. It's just been tough to turn down because I've never had that developer ...
