So tonight I discovered that one of my oldest friends has died in the hospital tonight from an overdose of cyanide. From what I'm being told, she was literally poisoned. I'm not a praying man, but I have to pray for her family. To have this happen on a day when one is supposed to be thinking of the good things...it's horrifying.

I was walking home from the trolley station yesterday. Saw a guy physically abusing a woman while her child stood there, obviously frightened. I approached, trying to calm him down and end the situation. Instead, he sucker punched me, knocking me to the ground where I hit my head and lost consciousness. He then stole my phone and ran off, presumably with the woman and child in tow. I how have a large bloody gash on the back of my head, and 9 stitches in my lip.

See? I try to be chivalrous ...

I've counted as many as three fake accounts posting bull**** threads within the past couple off days. Our security is getting lax. I think we need to do something. Let's burn them...

I just made my new orders. I'm transferring to Marine Corps Air Station Okinawa, Japan. Oh, the gods are good. I figure I take the time now to my requisite bragging now and get it out of the way.

I was playing the Mass Effect 3 demo today, for the third time. When the little screen came up that showed the rating and what the cause of the rating was, I was looking away. When I looked back, I swear it looked for a second like it said Violent Sexual Content. I was astounded and had o blink a couple time. It went away before I could reread it, but I looked them up and found I was mistaken.

However...this brief episode of bad eyesight and guttermindedness ( It's a word, I swear) ...
