As some of you already know I'm going through my first break-up right now (if you don't you can read about it here) and basically I'm noticing myself go through certain stages emotionally, mentally and subconsciously (ie. in my dreams) in getting over it.

From January 12 - 22 I was camping and surfing down at Wilson's Promontory - that's the most southern tip of Australia for any geographers - and generally I felt happy and content with my decision and being apart from my ex-girlfriend. ...

I broke up with my girlfriend of 2 years about a 5-6 weeks ago now. She was my very first girlfriend.

I felt like things weren't going where they should be, and looking back I think I blamed her for a lot of my own problems.

I saw her a few times in the first 2 weeks after the break up, and then I went to Thailand. My first overseas trip. It was good, it was fantastic, but I was plagued with thoughts of my relationship, she was in my head every day. It was a family holiday ...

So had exams last week. Pissed off at my Accounting result. Didn't even finish 3 questions, lost an automatic 6 marks out of 90! MOTHERDAMN.
But apart from that and the GAT (general achievement test) we had no school last week so it felt like holidays! We even hard the party-hard formal on the Thursday night which just compounded this feeling of freedom and tranquility within.

But then come next week! We're starting our final unit of school! Two weeks before the actual holidays ...
