Struggler

Saw KMFDM on Friday night, and it was ****ing awesome. Got to hear most of my favorites, and going with an old friend I haven't seen in a few years made it even better. The girlfriend didn't care much for it, but what does she know?

Despite KMFDM being one of my two favorite bands, this was actually my first time seeing them live and hopefully far from the last.

The opening bands were pretty awful though. Repetitive noise metal. Terrible. The night turned completely around ...

I'm sure some have seen this, but I feel that it's my responsibility to share this with those that have not seen or heard it. Enjoy.

Yeah, so last night the girlfriend and I went to see Louie C.K. perform at a local casino. The venue was okay. Not the best seats in the world, but the room wasn't that big, and we could see him just fine. As usual, he was f*ckin' amazing--all new material, which was great since we'd seen all of his specials, and his shows--and I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard. My face was so tired after the show, that I had to slacken my jaw on the drive home to rest it, lol.
