I finally stepped up as team manager and leader. I really worked hard to find some players yesterday. We held try outs and after the games we have a main support with a sub that we are trying out today. I feels good to finally have a team that I am content with. So a huge problem with my ranked team is getting members to play consistently and have practice on days that I need them to be. I have rolled through like 5 different subs on different roles. Mostly support and jungles. My only consistent players that are willing to dedicate most of their play time to my team are my adc and middle. I didn't realize it was such a problem.
