Boring Drawn out Mumblings

Wildfires all to the north of the valley here have us swimming in smoke like its a nice settled fog for the past several days. Thick fog too! Its lightened up a little this afternoon but more fire keeps popping up.

Kind of makes me wish I had already started my volunteer work to go out and help put them out lol.

Anyway, Kind of hard to breath outside so I am staying in for a bit.

Well I am bored. I dunno what to write really. So I think I will ramble on about a bunch of mundane useless boring things because I have nothing interesting to say or have nothing interesting done recently.

hmm....

OH! I found a REALLY interesting new manga called Deadman wonderland. I am gonna be making a thread about it soon if one has not already and see who else here might has read it. Sounds really freaken cool.

A friend of mine just reminded me of what today is. Bah! I hate Singles awareness day as much as I hate my birthdays or New Years. Another day of the year to remind me I am still alones and nothing major has changed or gotten any better from last year and I just feel all depressed because of the day just existing. A Day of the year that I cannot celebrate, Have ever celebrated and might never will.

So sad. So once again I buy myself a heart box of chocolate because...who else will right? ...

UUGH! Another leak sprang up in my matress. I dunno what happened either. I was looking for my remote and found it in the matress and than when I pulled it out it sprang another leak and this time it was a bad one!

Waterbeds can be so encumbersom sometimes.

Its right on the seam so I tried using this patch and some waterproof adhesive I found cuz Walmart and the hardwere stores didn't have the patch kit I was looking for. That apparently didn't work because now about ...

So my manager has told me two days ago that he has no one to help with with the release weekend for dark ascension for Magic the gathering. So I agree to help out with that day which means running the prerelease from midnight to like 7am along with working the whole day covering for him so he is not running the whole store by itself. Money is tight but we were able to get our full allotment of stuff along with the free promo's along with it all which amounts to somewhere around $500.00 of free material ...
