I remember hearing and seeing a few of these people before. Years ago I heard about the bat kid but quite sad to hear about what happened in this video.

Twas about less than twenty five minutes ago. I was going home from work and about half way around through the next town over. I had a hitch hiker basically throw themselves on my wind shield when I was at a stop. Looking at him all confused I was all like. What?!

Strangest little fellow too. When the light turned green I decided to just hit the gas and keep going (thinking the wind or the movement of the car would scare him away and he would fly off.)
