Silly Little Internet Girls

One of the few pet hates I have are these girls online who claim to be stalked all over the internet by "creepers."

Now we all have the creeper or two who will just latch on, simply because you are female, OR they have some romanticised idea of you from your online persona. Maybe it's your game character or how you post on forums, the tone of voice that you use in your writing, (writing style) but this is completely different and can't really be helped.

What annoys me are these ridiculous girls who go out of their way to attract stalkers/admirers and then complain about it when one of them turns out to be a bit of a weirdo.

Girl to guy that she talks to for the first time: "I get creepers creepin all over me because I apparently I am very pretty. You should go take a look at the photos I just posted." (Insert myspace angles to make her look prettier than she actually is)

WELL DOH! You bring it on yourselves, crazy biatches... and I don't feel sorry for you when you get them wanting to come to your house. LOL, all I can say is "Man the baseball bats!"

    I feel like when you use the internet, it's not unlikely to have people creeping. However, people who claim to always get creepers are usually the same people who are [almost] purposely attracting them. I guess it's a boost of self confidence for these people to have anyone liking them, no matter who the person liking them is. Just don't go around complaining to everyone when it happens. Long story short, I agree with you.

    and it's hella scary.
    but there's facebook where people just scream "I WANT ATTENTION" by just posting ridiculous things as their status to see what people say like "OMG THIS GIRL JUST DID THIS AND THAT TO ME AND NOW I WANNA BEAT HER AND THEN WE GOT INTO A FIGHT" blaah blaaah blaaaaah
    It's really quite annoying.
    But on the internet, it's not out of the norm to be or have a creeper, I mean, it is anonymous, they won't really know if you've been creeping them. The interwebz is a scary place.

    Creepers are fine aslong as you keep your profile low as a girl people dont have to know how to you look like, what your real name is etc. keep that to your friends. hehe and I agree with you shannon I remember seeing a funny picture a person posted where a girl had over 500 notifications on facebook while a guy had like 2.

    Yes, there are many girls out there who intentionally do things to attract these kind of guys, and it is very easy to spot with their posts.

    Hahah! Shikinami, my definition of creeper is slightly different. Viewing someone's profile and not actually doing anything about it is not really creeping. Sending suggestive mail, telling x person you are going to visit them when they don't want you and being a downright weirdo, that is being a creeper. Those are not your average internet guy. lol... but unfortunately, I have met a few of them and I didn't even do anything to attract it. It's why I have adapted to my surroundings and became a bit of a troll in the gaming world, so I am not all that approachable. lol.

    When girls like the ones described above complain about creepers, well I can't feel any empathy for them.

    Bleh, It's not big headed if they've never seen what I look like. :P It's more a case of "It has boobies!" for them. Ugh. *shudder* I could have a face like a duck's arse and weigh 400lbs an... oh wait :/

    And as far as creepers go I hope I am not one of them, I don't think I am at least. I've never asked anyone for numbers or names or even e-mails so I think I am OK.
