Today was the last day of my welding course (with tomorrow and Friday being my apprenticeship exam).
We wrote our course final today(with only 2 of us passing just barely.. it was hard!). After it, they presented the "Top Student Award" which we had all forgotten about, and it went to yours truly. So here is a shot of the $200 goodie-filled duffel bag:

Face shield, welding helmet, leather jacket, welding rods, welding book, breathing mask, tape measure, magnetic measures, striker, soapstone chalk, earplugs with case, tip cleaners, safety glasses, wire brush, chipping hammer, small gloves, leather gloves and insulted gloves. Plus the duffel bag! Score.

I start work on Monday
