I'm not aware of what ties into the stereotype on emo kids, so whatever. Taking your word for it I guess. The only emo kid I ever knew wasn't actually emo, he was just a poser dressing his hair out to get girls that were into emo guys, so I thought he was a douche, which kind of put it in my head that actual emo kids were cool, since they were the true thing and not douchy posers. But again, whatever.
