Oh and yesterday there was lightning with literally <2 second interval, for an hour +
Zer0 exaggeration. I timed it while walking home from the station... Scariest part... there was NOT A SINGLE thunder... dunno wdf was happening.

I remember watching a lightening storm from a hill while it was in the distance. Best. Show. Ever. Decided to get the **** away to the car when the thunder became louder and you could hear this hissing/fizzing sound that sounded remarkably like water being boiled. I also love going out after a storm because the air taste so clean.

Tap water here isn't bad (my provider uses reservoir water) but in the summer it comes out luke warm with a slight hint of metal.

Plus bottled water is dirt cheap here. Think I'll go for the Volvic 'fruit with a twist.' Buy 2 get 1 free b1tch.

Don't like to be outside in relentless heat for very long. I sweat unnaturally. So I end up drenched in A very short time. I also hate humidity with A passion.

But as long as I have AC then I enjoy the weather. Can't wait, till I get through allergy season though -_-

Fun fact - the prices stopped being extortionate when it was found alcohol was cheaper than water! so the supermarkets started to lower the prices due to 'everyone drinks too much booze' outrage doing the rounds and other places followed suit.

Oh, the small (250-500 ml) bottles are still a rip-off. Lol, they cost (sometimes more) than a 1.5 litre bottle. I'm talking the same brand!

Yeah... and dumb kids buy the 275ml or whatever it is of coke and ****, for like $3-4.50 and $1 mini can instead of the $1 1L coke from ****ing proper shops...
The shops they buy from are 2minute walk away from the proper shop...

We had some snow just under a month ago at the height of Spring. It caught everyone off guard and barely 4 inches of snow bought the county to a standstill. Then I went north the next day for a wedding. The difference was the same as that between Kingslanding and north of the Wall. Snowdrifts, windchill...it freakin snowed sideways ffs. Also, everyone decided to hire high powered mercs for the drive up. Yes, they're rear wheel drive. **** 4X4's right? Honestly, must've died like 5 times in an alternate reality.
