I finally stepped up as team manager and leader. I really worked hard to find some players yesterday. We held try outs and after the games we have a main support with a sub that we are trying out today. I feels good to finally have a team that I am content with. I feel that they are willing to dedicate their time to my team and look to Improve. Their attitudes are nice. Now my team is looking towards a brighter future. I feel in my comfort Zone to now theory craft and put into effect a practice schedule.
