Ok,today one of my friends got in trouble for bringing the Death Note to school. The police officer at our school saw it and took it,then he had a talk with the vice-principal and he opened it up and saw people's names written and he saw Obama's name and he almost got arrested for it because it was a felony to threaten Obama. So stupid they thought it was real! Ha they are bakas! He even told them it was a joke! So when my friend told me this I was like...


That happened a long time ago with someone bringing the death note to school and it was all over the news!(duh YouTube that's how I knew that this happened before.)


So today was interesting and I wonder if my friend will get his Death Note back,I doubt it.

    Kids getting in trouble for possessing "Death Notes" have actually happened in schools all over the world.

    Obviously because the Death Notes were basically hit lists, containing the names of people that the kids disliked and, considering how the Death Note was portrayed, these incidences would be seen as threatening, so therefore they would be taken seriously. Especially in this day and age where violence in schools is a pretty big issue.

    I believe that Death Note media was banned in China because children were bringing Death Notes to school, but then again... they ban...everything.
