Buying my first house tomorrow

I'll take possession tomorrow at closing, it's a two-story 1178sqft house with a partial basement built in 1920 with a detached garage. I'm paying $25,000 I'll owe $7400 at close. Move in ready a 9yr old roof new double pane windows save for 3. I don't have everything I need yet but the guy I'm buying it from is leaving a couch, fridge, stove, and a large window unit air conditioner which can cool the entire 1st story. Should be an easy move mainly a few guns, a tv, ps3 & 4, and a little exercise equipment and miscellaneous items will do it. And he said if I don't say anything I should have free cable for a while anyway.

    Congratulations. Seems like you're getting a decent price. I always like it when a place has a decent roof and new windows first over a new kitchen or hardwood floors.

    Yeah I can certainly pay it off fairly quick, it needs a little tlc but it's a solid old house. Decent neighborhood with older neighbors who are retired overall good for my first house.
