what does ac stand for in the tales of games?

I've tried looking it up for a few minutes but not sure where to go.

I know a lot of the general RPG terms as I've played a lot of tales of games. I don't know what ac is though. Thanks.

    Sorry I missed this reply. I don't usually use the browser during the week just tapatalk which doesn't show the blog section.

    Action cap eh? cap as in capture? Maybe its stored up power to use in battles? Because when you do a block before fighting a battle and you hold it for a second or two it shows AC+1. I'm assuming thats charging your attack power.

    Cap as in you make moves when it runs out. It caps the number of moves you can make in one go. +1 means you get an extra move etc. So it limits the number of chained attacks
