If someone would explain this to me, it would be great. A few years ago, I watched the first season of Clannad. Thinking Clannad After Story was a OVA series, I quit Clannad (Nuuuuu! ;A; ) And went on to Soul Eater and Ghost Hunt. A bit later in the year, curiosity got to me and I found it was indeed the second season. Yay? No. I haven't watched the show in a while, but from what I remember, this is what I got out of it.

• Nagisa's sickness makes her unable to graduate due to absences ( Again -3- ) .
• Tomoya graduates and, wanting to pull his own weight, get a small appartment and a job as an electrician (Ok).

(Now it just gets dumb)

• Tomoya's dad gets arrested (What?).
• This leads to his proposal to Nagisa (Huh??).
• Later on, nagisa moves in and on a starry night, she asks Tomoya for a baby (Awww!).
• Then she gets sick (Kinda expected).
• Gets snowed in, can't get to a hospital, so she has to give birth at home and dies in labor (O_e).
• Tomoya leaves Ushio, their daughter, with Nagisa's parents and starts smoking and just neglecting his responsibilities as a father ( Why?).
• In a turn of events, Ushio and Tomoya go on a little trip, helping them bond and leads to Ushio moving in with her dad.

Here is when it would have been a good time to end the show right? Nope!

• Ushio ends up getting sick with the same disease as Nagisa. (Huh?)
• Ushio also dies, making this episode end with Tomoya being portrayed as the little robot in Nagisa's little story (Huh?0)
• THEN, THEY END THE EPISODE WITH TOMOYA WAKING UP FROM A DAY DREAM!!! YEA! ALLLL THOSE EPISODES I SPENT BAWLING MY EYES OUT JUST FOR YOU TO MAKE IT A DREAM?????????

Now if you will excuse me, I'm going to get my family bag of hot cheetos, liter of mountain dew, and watch the entire Soul Eater season again.
