After arriving home today, I noticed a leaf had lodged itself in my shoe laces. Kinda brown, kinda crinkly, totally dead. I was just about to open the door and let the wind and gravity take care of it when...dunno I just decided to keep it. Because **** it, why not? We've already thrown an entire generation, the poor and the have nots under a bus, must we also throw more leaves before lighting the proverbial bonfire? Enough says I.

Really do own. Can't wait to go for a stroll in the evening. Went out to town in the morning and the weather was fantastic. Returned some library...er book and grabbed a toasted Spicy American Panini. Or a toasted spicy chicken baguette in English. There was like a fair/market thing there and some band was playing 'You Really Got Me Going' by The Kinks. Yes, they managed to **** up the bass-line.
Tried going to the shops just now and the rays almost burnt my nipples through my shirt.

So I went cloths shopping today, random department store sale thing. Blah blah blue grey Jeff Banks trousers (probably the most comfortable off the rack trousers I ever put on), blah blah John Rocha Jersey Shawl (cuz the ladies love the granddad chic' look. Yeah totally) some other stuff. I tried them on, very nice, time for the shoes.
Couldn't really decide on any so I just grabbed some sketchers something thingy and asked for a size 9 (stay with it, this gets better....). Tried those

So I've got an eye stye. Probably for the second or third time in my life as I'd completely forgotten what little bastards they can be. I got the feeling I had glass in my right eye about three days ago, mild itching and a reddish upper eyelid.

After getting sound medical advice (I googled 3 sites and also read the wiki on the subject) I diagnosed it as an eye stye under the upper lid and proceeded with treatment.
